How do I register with NHSc Pro?
To register, simply visit our registration page by clicking on "Register" on the home page. Complete the information in the form, including your email address. You will then receive a verification email, click on the link in the email to become verified. Once verified, you can log in to your account to start enjoying topics of interest.
I forgot my NHSc Pro password, what should I do?
You can reset your NHSc Pro password by going to "Login" and clicking on "Forgot Password". You will then be asked to enter the email address used in your original registration. Instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you at this email address.
How do I change my password for the NHSc Pro website?
To change your password for your NHSc Pro website account, go to "Edit profile" found under your name on the top right corner, then press on "click here to edit password". You will need to enter your current password, as well as your new password.

How do I request a product sample?
Health care professionals may order product samples from Nestlé Health Science to provide to their patients, based upon their recommendation and product suitability . Where can patients purchase your medical nutrition products?
Our medical nutrition products can be ordered through your local pharmacy by requesting a special order from the pharmacist. Additionally, some products can be purchased through online retailers or our online store at shop.nestlehealthscience.ca.
