ThickenUp® Original is a starch-based powdered thickener. Can be added to most hot and cold liquids and food. Suitable for use with the IDDSI framework (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative).
This product is only suitable for individuals greater than 3 years old.
Nestlé Health Science recommends using ThickenUp® Original powder in the canister within one month of opening. For the ThickenUp® Original bulk format, use within 2 months once opened.
To maintain product quality, ship and store unopened package at room temperature (max. 25°C).
Once opened, store in a cool, dry place. After each use, re-seal the canister and tightly re-seal the plastic bag inside the bulk case.
Follow sanitary techniques for preparation which includes having clean, appropriate work areas, adequate hand washing and clean equipment during preparation and use.
